Donor Travel Coordinator

JNF seeks to recruit a Donor Travel Coordinator to work in the JNF Missions Department.

This position will coordinate and facilitate arrangements for JNF donors traveling to Israel under the oversight of the National Missions Director and Chief of Staff.


Duties will include:

•Act as principal liaison officer for individual donor travel between internal and external stakeholders including professional staff/fundraisers, travel service providers, JNF-USA Israel staff, and other involved parties
•Prepare, develop, and update itineraries for VIP donor travel to Israel
•Oversee and assist with the development of Task Force Mission itineraries in conjunction with professional staff, lay leaders, and the CEO and Chief of Staff as required
•Oversee and respond to inquiries from travel prospects and donors in timely fashion and distribute information accordingly regarding JNF travel opportunities to Israel
•Work closely with the Missions department team and provide regular updates on the progress and status of workflow/projects
•Handle confidential information such as new mission/tour registration forms, passport information, personal client data, and more
•Liaison with other departments including Marketing, IT, and Administration around the country as required
•Clear/consistent recording and data entry of JNF missions/tours, participant information, travel inquiries, follow-up conversations, and more
•Process travel invoices and prepare payment requests
•Collect and synthesize information received from participants via post-trip surveys
•Assist and report to the Chief of Staff as needed
•Perform other duties as required


Job Qualifications:

•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines
•Strong attention to detail
•Travel experience and strong knowledge of, and familiarity with, Israel and JNF projects
•Able to work independently and as a team player with internal and external stakeholders
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
•Excellent computer skill (Microsoft Office required)
