Project Coordinator, Israel Advocacy and Education

Location: New York, NY

JNF is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Israel Advocacy and Education department to be located in our Manhattan office.

The Project Coordinator’s main goal is to provide support to the Executive Director and field staff of Israel Advocacy Education department.

Job Duties will include:
•Assist Executive Director, Director of Community Engagement and Director of Campus and High School Affairs on all national and regional areas of IAE engagement for ages pre-K to college
•Provide support for marketing efforts
•Analyze data and create presentations and reports
•Assist with recruitment for programs and trips to Israel
•Provide logistical and administrative support to entire department
•Provide logistical and administrative support to, and Interface with, college students regarding trips to Israel
•Customer service and other administrative duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Excellent organizational skills
•Ability to problem solve and multi-task with numerous deadlines
•Tolerance for time-sensitive transactions and last minute changes
•Ability to work as a team as well as independently
•High energy, flexibility and ability to meet deadline demands
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Google Drive
•Well versed in all forms of social media
