Featured Speaker: Eugene Kontorovich
Professor Eugene Kontorovich teaches at Northwestern School of Law, and is a Senior Fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum in Jerusalem. He specializes in constitutional and international law and is one of the world’s preeminent experts on international law and the Israel-Arab conflict. Eugene is regularly called upon to advise legislators and cabinet members in the U.S., Israel, and Europe. He has served as a consultant for the U.S. Defense Department, wrote a Supreme Court amicus brief in the Jerusalem passport case, and his scholarship has been cited in leading international law cases in the U.S. and abroad.
