Featuring Guest Speaker: Chef Lindsay Gilmour

New Zealand born chef and cooking teacher, Lindsay Gilmour, is the owner of Organic Planet Handcrafted Foods, a Philadelphia-based company providing personal chef services and culinary education. Lindsay has over 35 years of experience in the food industry as a chef and cooking teacher, having taught hundreds of private and public cooking classes for individuals and organizations such as Chestnut Hill Hospital, The Abramson Cancer Center, The Philadelphia Restaurant School, Slowfood USA, and Whole Foods Markets, among others.
