Ambassador Danon will provide insight and field questions about the follow up since the December 2016 UN Security Resolution.

Danny Danon

Ambassador Danon assumed the position of Israel’s 17th Permanent Representative to the United Nations in October 2015. He previously served as Chairman of World Likud, member of the Zionist Executive of WZO, and Chairman of the World Betar Executive. Danon was a member of Knesset from February 2009 until August 2015. He served as Deputy Minister of Defense from March 2013 until July 2014. In May 2015, he was appointed Minister of Science, Technology, and Space, serving until his appointment as Israel’s Ambassador to the UN.
