As part of Nefesh B’Nefesh’s founding team 13 years ago, Doreet has played a key role in revolutionizing immigration to Israel, changing its story from one of safe haven to one of Israel as a magnet of excellence, while increasing North America’s Aliyah success rate from 40% to over 90%.
As Director of the Pre-Aliyah department at NBN, Doreet oversaw the Aliyah of 25,000 individuals and managed the allocation of $45 MIL in grant funding. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at NBN, Doreet develops partner relationships while promoting and broadening the scope of the organization’s flagship programs: the “Lone Soldier Aliyah Program”, the “Physician Aliyah Fellowship”, and the "Go North" and "Go South" Initiatives, each of which contribute to Israel's core national interests and help drive her evolution as a global innovation superpower.
Prior to joining Nefesh B’Nefesh, Doreet owned and managed a successful realty business in Jerusalem.
She studied for her M.A in Media Communications at the University of Pittsburgh and Human Resource Management at the Hebrew University, and holds certification in Interior Design from the Technion Institute.
Doreet and her husband Binny are the proud parents of 4 children, two of whom served in the IDF Intelligence Corps.
