JNF Vice President, Campaign 
Chuck Fax is a Maryland-based attorney who has a
nationwide practice concentrating in commercial litigation. He has co-authored
two textbooks on civil discovery, and he writes a column on civil procedure for
the American Bar Association Section of Litigation Magazine, “Litigation News.”
Chuck is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has been
rated a “Maryland Super Lawer” for the past several
years, and has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, “AV,” since
1995.
Chuck has been active
in the Jewish National Fund for over ten years, serving as Regional President
for Baltimore, Zone President for the Mid-Atlantic Zone, Chair of Makor, and
between 2007 and 2010, National Vice President in charge of the Annual Campaign
and Chair of the National Campaign Cabinet. In October 2010 Chuck stepped down
from that position and assumed a new position, Vice President, Israel
Action.
