Dr. Michal Perle–Kellner has been selected as the only Israeli candidate to study at the Penn State University under the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2007 – 2008 to enhance her knowledge in soil and water pollution prevention and remediation.

Dr. Perle – Kellner studied for 10 years in the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, worked for about 3 years in the health ministry and has been working as a professional environmental engineer in the largest public company in Israel (the Israel Electric company) as well as being an active member in the environmental regulatory process in Israel in the last years. Dr. Perle-Kellner is highly influencing and promoting environmental issues and improvement of public health in Israel.

Dr. Perle–Kellner is very knowledgeable and passionate about environmental issues and has practical experience with large scale environmental projects in Israel. She also has broad experience in lecturing and teaching in front of varieties of audiences (children, teachers, and students, professional, etc.).

Along with her professional development and successes, she and her husband Ron are raising their 10 years old daughter named Rotem.
