Sam and Sheila Lewis visit JNF projects sites in the Negev

In March of 2011, Palm Springs and Desert Region residents Sheila and Sam Lewis visited JNF projects sites in the Negev Desert, located in Southern Israel.  During their trip to Israel, Sheila and Sam visited many JNF project sites including the JNF Indoor Recreation Center in Sderot, the Be’er Sheva River Walk site, a community development site in Givot Bar, as well as a JNF Reservoir.  While traveling, the Lewis’ were briefed by JNF staff stationed in Israel on the progress that is being made to complete these innovative projects.
