An attorney, Chuck Fax (Bethesda, MD) is a past President of JNF’s Maryland Region and Mid-Atlantic Zone, and a past Chair of Makor. He is a Herzl Society and Century Council member, the immediate past Vice President of Campaign and the primary speaker for JNF’s Positively Israel campaign. Chuck is a partner at the law firm of Rifkin, Livingston, Levitan, and Silver, concentrating in commercial and securities litigation, employment law, land use litigation, government procurement law, and constitutional law. He has served as a mediator for the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, special outside litigation counsel to the Mayor of Baltimore City, and special outside litigation counsel to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law and has been named a Maryland and Washington, D.C. “Super Lawyer” for the past four years.
