Bud Levin (Los Angeles, CA) was CEO of the Midwest Petroleum Company for 30 years and remains a partner in that business.
Deeply involved in the world of Jewish fundraising from both the lay and professional perspective, Levin began his career as a lay leader in St. Louis 40 years ago, serving as Chairman of the Jewish Federation Campaign, and has held various positions with UJA, including National Vice Chairman.
In 1992 he left private business to work as head of UJA’s $100,000 Division, then as Chief Development Officer for the Michael Steinhardt Foundation.
Levin joined the volunteer ranks of JNF in 2002, when he retired from his fundraising consulting company, and is a past Vice President of Campaign.
