Chair, Audit Committee 
Fred S. Zeidman (Houston, TX), Chairman Emeritus of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, was appointed by President George W. Bush in March 2002 and served as Chair from 2002-2010. A prominent Houston-based business and civic leader, Fred serves as Chairman of the University of Texas Health Science System Houston and is on the Board of Trustees of the Texas Heart Institute and the Institute for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR). He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The University of Saint Thomas and chairs its Development Committee. He is currently National Chairman of Israel Bonds, and Vice Chairman of the Republican Jewish Coalition. He served on the U.S. delegation to the Anti-Semitism Conference in Berlin. Fred is Chairman of the Board of PetroFlow Energy, Gravis Oil Corp. and a member of the board of Hyperdynamics Corp. Fred also serves on the Board of Prosperity Bank in Houston.
