Joseph Wolfson is an attorney with Stevens & Lee in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. As a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation, Antitrust & Unfair Competition, Intellectual Property and Technology departments, Joe’s practice is concentrated on corporate and complex litigation, including unfair competition, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property disputes. He is a former state prosecutor for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office. Joe is a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law and holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
An active member of the Jewish community, Joe serves as vice-chair of President's Society and board president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Jewish National Fund, Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El and the Gladius Society of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Leadership Council of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and past president of the Reading Jewish Community Center.
Joe is married to Ellen Holtzman. The couple lives in Villanova, Pennsylvania, with their daughters Alexandra, Jessica and Sarah.
