David Goodtree

Member of the BoardDavid

David Goodtree is a dedicated member of the New England Board of Directors, generously serving as a full-time lay leader.  He works on behalf of the greater Boston Jewish Community to strengthen the land of Israel.

David’s commitment to Israel and JNF is unparalleled and we are proud to have him as a President’s Council Member.  David once said, “These are the pioneering days of creating new communities in the Negev, and I’m eager to spread that excitement here in New England.”

Before shifting to full-time work with non-profits, David was a technology marketer and held executive positions in the Boston area with Akamai Technologies and Forrester Research.

“David’s passion for Israel is inspiring.  His involvement is so exciting.  From his generous philanthropy that helps build the infrastructure of Israel to his willingness to educate the

public through speaking engagements and so much more, we are lucky to have such an engaged friend,” shared Sharon Freedman, New England Zone Director.

David’s dedication to Israel extends well beyond the boundaries of JNF.  He is the  Massachusetts Chair for AIPAC and a National Committee Member, which is the policy making body for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.  As part of this council, he frequently visits Washington to meet with our elected representatives to petition on behalf of Israel.
