Robert T. Abrams
Robert Abrams is a proud fourth generation Zionist and a pillar in the New England community. He is beloved and well known for his passionate connection to furthering the ties between Christians and Jews. Bob and his late wife Betsy z”l shared a lifelong passion for Israel. After participating in one of JNF’s first ever missions in 1979, Bob went on to become Boston President from 1980-1986.
He has been the principal attorney at Robert T. Abrams, J.D., specializing in family law, since 1954 in Newton, MA. Bob attended Harvard and received his law degree from Boston College. He then started his illustrious career at the law firm of his father and uncle, Abrams and Abrams, and has served as Assistant Attorney General assigned to the eminent domain division.
Bob was honored at JNF’s 2013 Guardian of Israel Breakfast, which raised funds for the Be’er Sheva River Park Lake. “It is an honor to receive such a prestigious award from Jewish National Fund,” said Abrams. “It’s amazing to see the work that JNF has done for Israel.”
