Scott Gendell (Chicago) is the President of Skokie, IL-based Terraco, Inc. a shopping center development and management firm he founded in 1985. Gendell has actively supported the development of reservoirs in Israel through the JNF Chicago Board and led a mission to Israel in 2003 with the late Illinois Senator Paul Simon. Gendell serves on the Board of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and the local Multiple Sclerosis Society, and is Vice President of Metropolitan Chicago’s largest synagogue, North Shore Congregation Israel. He is also on the Advisory Board of the Jewish Studies Department of his alma mater, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the Executive Board of Chicago’s AIPAC chapter. From 1995-2005, Gendell served as an interviewer for Steven Spielberg’s Survivors of the SHOAH Foundation.
