Susan Weikers Balaban (Wynnewood) is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Development Corporation for Israel and a past National and International Chairman of the Israel Bonds Organization. She serves as a member of the National Board of Beit Hatefasut (the Diaspora Museum), the International Board of Governors of the Peres Center for Peace, the Women's Leadership Forum - Democratic Committee, the Board of the American Friends of Ben Gurion University, and is a life member of Hadassah. She is a former member of the United States Holocaust Council and its Executive Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of Lifebridge Health-Sinai Hospital Medical Center in Baltimore and Hias of Greater Philadelphia.
