Theodore L. Banks
Ted Banks (Chicago, IL) is a partner in the law firm of Scharf Banks Marmor LLC, where his practice concentrates on general corporate, antitrust and compliance matters. Additionally, he is President of Compliance & Competition Consultants, LLC, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University (Chicago) School of Law. He formerly served as chief counsel & senior director, Global Compliance Policy, at Kraft Foods. A longtime JNF supporter, Ted was President and Campaign Chair of the Chicago region for four years. He is a member of JNF’s Century Council and President’s Society. He has been a board member of the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago and is a member of North Suburban Synagogue Beth El in Highland Park, where he previously served on the board and as President of the Men’s Club. Ted is also on the board of the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Keep Chicago Beautiful, the local affiliate of Keep America Beautiful.
