Toby Mower (Baltimore, MD) worked in the healthcare field as a nurse for 25 years until receiving her M.S. in clinical psychology. She is a founder and board member of Jewish Recovery Houses and is a past member of the Certified Alcoholism Counselors of Maryland and the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.
Toby sits on the board of governors of Ben Gurion University of the Negev where she received an honorary doctorate and where she started the first-ever training of addiction counselors in Israel. Toby also sits on the board of the Baltimore chapter of The American Technion Society. She is a past executive board member of the Associated Federation of Baltimore, a past Vice President of the Baltimore Chapter of Hadassah, a member of the JNF Parsons Water Fund Board, a charter member of The Sapphire Society, a Negev Society and World Chairman’s Council member and a JLIM funder.
