Invitations With A Mitzvah

A Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebration is one of a family's most joyous occasions and a milestone in a Jewish child's life. Knowing that you want this day to be meaningful and memorable, Jewish National Fund has created many ways that your child can celebrate his/her milestone and support Israel at the same time.

Customized Invitations with a Mitzvah

Purchase unique and exquisite JNF invitations for any budget. A tax deductible contribution is required in addition to the cost of each invitation. Our certificates can also be customized to use as invitations, favors, table signs or for candle-lighting ceremonies. Each invitation or certificate represents a tree that has been planted in Israel or a donation to water resource development in Israel in honor of your guests. Select from numerous invitation styles, ink colors and fonts in both English and Hebrew. For more information or to place an order, please call Roz at 800-700-1312 or e-mail rplaut@jnf.org.

See more details about our selection of invitations and certificates.

Purchase more than 100 invitations and receive our special gift, a beautiful wood framed Garden Certificate, representing a garden of trees planted by JNF in honor of your joyous occasion. We also offer this in a water certificate version.

Please allow 3 weeks for your order to be completed once the final proof is approved.

JNF and U: Bar/Bat Mitzvah Projects

Jewish National Fund played a central role in establishing the State of Israel, so it is very appropriate to choose a JNF project for your Bar/Bat Mitzvah. JNF is also the leading environmental agency in Israel, so if you’re interested in the environment, both here and in Israel, a JNF project is for you. JNF helps the people of Israel in many ways. You will receive a special JNF certificate at your Bar/Bat Mitzvah service for taking part in tikkun olam/service projects through JNF. Find inspiration to add meaning to your own Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebration!

B’nai Mitzvah Remembrance Wall

bnaiMitzvahWallThis stone wall, located in Jerusalem’s American Independence Park and designed to look like a Torah scroll, allows children celebrating their Bar/Bat Mitzvah to link their names to a child who perished in the Holocaust and continue the circle of life. For an $1,800 donation a glass tile will be embedded into the wall that bears the name of the B’nai Mitzvah child, his/her hometown and date of the occasion, as well as the name and home country of a child who perished at the hands of the Nazis. Please allow 6 weeks for the tile to be embedded and for a plaque with a personalized certificate to be sent to the B’nai Mitzvah child. Funds raised from the wall will go towards developing, maintaining, and advancing JNF’s five Israel campsites for Jewish youth.
