Welcome to the Israel Advocacy and Education Page!
The JNF Israel Advocacy and Education Department engages, educates and energizes the Jewish community of the United States to form a deeper commitment to both the land and people of Israel.
Kindergarten thru 6th Grade
From Tu BiShvat in the Schools to our Blue Box Bob program, JNF provides exciting and innovative programs and materials for elementary school students to become engaged, energized and educated to a better understanding of Israel.
6th Grade thru 8th Grade
As your child/student embarks on the journey to become a B’nai Mitzvah, JNF is there to offer motivating programs that uniquely connect them to Israel and their heritage.
9th Grade thru 12th Grade
Understanding the need to connect students to Israel in their formative teenage years and the need to empower them with the tools necessary to advocate for Israel on college campuses, JNF is readying them with exciting initiatives and programs.
For over a century, JNF has fulfilled its mandate to provide Zionist education to Jewish students--introducing them to the natural wonders of their homeland and teaching them about their heritage. Today, through programs like Caravan for Democracy, Alternative Spring Break and Taglit-Birthright Israel, we are ensuring their commitment to the land and people of Israel.
Let Jewish National Fund be your partner in bringing Israel into your congregation. Working with all streams of Judaism, JNF helps connect synagogue members, young and old, to the land and people of Israel. Our free programs and materials are the perfect supplement to adult education, Hebrew school and pre-school activities.
Getting Back to Israel
Who better than JNF can show you the Jewish Homeland? JNF has been working the land for over 100 years. JNF offers numerous ways to travel to Israel with peer trips or family vacations.
Green Horizons - Hugey Sayarut
The Green Horizons young leadership group has provided informal educational programming to 20,000 Israeli children and teens over the past 30 years. Separated from television and computers and immersed in nature, Green Horizons participants learn about Israel’s history, geography, and culture through activities led by professional guides.
