A Style for Every Story
Chai Society Appreciation Event

Thursday, August 5, 2021
1:00 pm ET/10:00 am PT
Zoom
Join Jewish National Fund-USA and Chai Society Members as we delve into the unique fabric that is the history of fashion through the eyes of the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design and their world renowned fashion archive. Hailed as one of the top fashion schools in the world, they aim to find a balance between educating on design without losing spontaneity. They take pride in being aware of innovations without losing the uniqueness and originality. Most importantly, they cherish the global cultural heritage without neglecting the local cultural heritage.
Guest speaker, Sharon Wilkes, graduate of Parsons and the NEW School University, will take us through her own creative journey as she encapsulates her vision into her hand-crafted purses, each with its own story, its own meaning. Be one of the first to see the launch of her new business, producing high end products that bring together her two passions, Israel and fashion.
This event is for members of the Chai Society (annual giving of $1,800+). For more information about how to become a member, please contact Melissa Asarch Wittenberg.
