Raymond W. Kelly

CEO, Guardian Group

With fifty years in public service, including 14 years as the longest serving police commissioner of New York City, Ray Kelly is one of the world’s most well-known leaders in law enforcement. Kelly created the first counterterrorism bureau of any police department in the country. Under his leadership, violent crime was reduced by over 40% in New York City. He has also served as senior MD of global corporate security at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., commissioner of the U.S. Customs Service, undersecretary for enforcement at the U.S. Treasury Department, and vice president for the Americas of Interpol. He was awarded France’s highest decoration, Légion d’honneur, by Nicolas Sarkozy. Kelly is also a retired colonel from the Marine Corps Reserve, where he served for 30 years which included a combat tour in Vietnam during his three years of active duty.

Adam Kuperstein is an Emmy® Award-winning journalist and NBC 4 New York news anchor. Prior to joining NBC 4 New York, Kuperstein served for over a decade as weekday news and sports anchor for NBC 6 in South Florida where he covered major sporting events including the 2016 Rio Olympics.
