National Conference FAQ

Conference Registration will be available starting Thursday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm adjacent to the hotel registration area. Registration will continue Friday morning, opening at 9am and will be available throughout the conference. For security purposes, photo ID must be shown upon check-in and name badges must be worn at all times during the Conference, including off property events. All bags will be subject to search and we highly discourage backpacks.

Transfers to the hotel
Ubers and Taxis are available at area airports to the hotel. Travel time from Ft. Lauderdale airport should take about 30 minutes and cost around $35. Travel from Miami Airport should take about 45 minutes and cost around $75.
Parking is available at the hotel, self-parking is $26 and valet is $36 a night.

Opening Plenary will begin in Friday at 2:00 pm.

Shabbat services are available to all our guests both Friday evening and Saturday morning (with both Egalitarian and Traditional Service offered). Torah reading will be held during the Traditional Service but not the Egalitarian (where there will be a Torah discussion instead).

Shabbat Dinner is not included with registration; it is available in the conference website for $75 per person. If you have already made reservations, please note that seating will be assigned and your table will be noted on the back of your nametag.

Attire for the Conference.  Feel free to dress in a casual manner during the day's programming. Sunday's gala is black tie optional.

All meals are kosher and under the supervision of the ORB (Orthodox Rabbinical Board) and OU (Orthodox Union). Please be aware that a Shabbat microphone will be in use during some Shabbat programming.

Online registration for the conference will close on November 1st.
