Planned Giving Administrator, Manhattan

Location: Manhattan

Jewish National Fund seeks a Planned Giving Administrator to be based in the Manhattan office.

 

Duties will include:

•Handling phone inquiries
•Administration for Planned Giving department, including filing and data entry
•Assist with coordination of Planned Giving events
•Assist with coordination of grants
•Coordination of estate files
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and data entry.
•Excellent oral and written communication, planning, and organizational skills; strong attention to details and the ability to balance a variety of tasks and deadlines.
•Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to project professional competence, leadership capability and personal maturity.
•Ability to respect and maintain donor confidentiality.
