Irene Ettinger Spalter, Ed.D. created, owned and finally sold The College Living Experience, a residential program serving young adults with special needs wishing to complete a normalized post-secondary degree. Married to her soul-mate, Joel, they have three married children and six grandchildren. A frequent volunteer, Irene serves as Vice President of Temple Shalom of Northwest Arkansas, on the board of the Jewish Federation of Arkansas, and on the Arkansas Holocaust Education Committee.
