Travels from California
Max Levin was a lone soldier who served in Israel’s Special Forces Unit, within the paratrooper’s division. He received the equivalent of an Israeli Purple Heart after being wounded in Operation Protective Edge, and he and his team received an award for excellence for their performance in the operation.
His best-selling memoir Under the Stretcher recounts his experiences in the Israeli Defense Forces. A percentage of the proceeds from the book will be donated to an Israeli nonprofit organization that helps soldiers in coping with difficult combat memories and adapting back to civilian life.
Levin is a Vice President at Landmark Equity Properties and does freelance work for Venture Capital Investing and is a proud member of JNF-USA's JNFuture Root Society.
