Bio

Matt Fragner has extensive experience in law and business. He is the founding partner of the law firm of Fragner Seifert Pace & Winograd, LLP, and was previously a partner at two
large, multi-national firms. Having obtained a BA from Yale University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, Matt has represented multi-national clients such as Chevron, Comerica, Citicorp, Bank of America, The CIM Group, General Electric Capital Corporation, and McDonald’s. In business, he has owned and operated a restaurant, a real estate development company, and a diesel emission reduction technology company. Currently a volunteer Big Brother with Jewish Big Brothers, Matt founded and served as chairperson of Tools to Talent Non-Profit Corporation, a charity that provided new computer systems to graduating 8th graders from junior high schools from disadvantaged neighborhoods. In the past, he has been general counsel and on the board of directors of his local synagogue and a member of the Berkeley Law Foundation.
