Bio

Todd Patkin (Foxboro, MA) helped to lead Autopart International, a family-owned company through 2006. During that time, at the age of 36, Todd suffered a nervous breakdown. This experience radically revised Todd’s definitions of happiness, success, and balance. Since then, Todd has made it his life’s mission to help others with similar issues. He has spent the last several years traveling coast to coast speaking at schools, businesses, and community centers. Todd’s message of health and hope has dramatically evolved to include the experiences and insight of thousands of other Americans from all walks of life. Todd’s first book, Finding Happiness: One Man’s Quest to Beat Depression and Anxiety and-Finally-Let the Sunshine In, recounts his personal journey. Todd has also recently followed up with a happiness workbook. Todd is a Negev Society and World Chairman’s Council member, and serves as a member on New England’s Executive Board.
