Since 1901, Jewish National Fund-USA has been hard at work building a vibrant future for the land of Israel and its people, with women as the driving force of community, ingenuity, and strength. On October 7, the world witnessed unthinkable atrocities committed towards Israelis – towards women – atrocities that are still ongoing. Join Women for Israel for one of these two memorable and important events as we recognize the heroes, memorialize those we tragically lost, and honor the unstoppable women of Israel.

Michal Uziyahu

Director of Development, Jewish National Fund Israel

Embodying what it means to be a Zionist, Michal has long been a driving force behind building thriving communities in a region that was once just sand. On October 7, her world, and the world of those who call the Israel Envelope home, was turned upside down. Despite losing loved ones and being evacuated from their communities, they are determined to rebuild and return stronger than ever.
