Adeena Sussman is the author of Sababa: Fresh, Sunny Flavors From My Israeli Kitchen, which was named a Best Fall 2019 cookbook by The New York Times, Bon Appetit, and Food & Wine. She is currently working on her next cookbook, Shabbat, to be released next year. She is the co-author of 15 cookbooks, most recently Gazoz, all about the culture of sparkling seltzer-based drinks in Israel. She lives, cooks, and writes from Tel Aviv.

Michael Solomonov

Chef Michael Solomonov

Chef Michael Solomonov was born in Israel and raised in Pittsburgh. At the age of 18, he returned to Israel with no Hebrew language skills, taking the only job he could get – working in a bakery – and his culinary career was born. A champion of Israel's extraordinarily diverse and vibrant culinary landscape, there are no culinary awards Mike hasn’t won. Along with the famous Zahav, his village of restaurants include Federal Donuts, Dizengoff, Abe Fisher, Goldie, K'Far, Merkaz, and Laser Wolf.

Gail Simmons

Gail Simmons is a culinary expert, food writer, and dynamic television personality. She is a permanent judge on Bravo TV’s Emmy and James Beard Award-winning series Top Chef, now in its 19th season. Gail is also a co-host of The Good Dish, the new daily syndicated series offering delicious recipes, real-life wisdom, and conversations on the topics of the day.

Lior Lev Sercarz

Lior Lev Sercarz is the chef, spice blender, and owner of La Boîte, a biscuit and spice shop in New York City and the Co-founder and Chief Culinary Officer of Jewish National Fund-USA’s Galilee Culinary Institute. The author of three award-winning cookbooks: The Art of Blending, The Spice Companion, and Mastering Spice, he has worked closely with leading international chefs to create some of the best restaurant collaborations in the world.
