Hanni Arnon is the Director of AICAT – Arava International Center for Agricultural Training who uses her expertise as a farmer and educator to bring students from developing countries to study agriculture in the desert, exposing them to modern agriculture techniques and technologies.

Prof. Greg Barron Gafford is an Assistant Professor with B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Texas Christian University, M.S. in Forest Ecology from the University of Georgia and a Ph.D. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona.

Grassroots mobilizer from Western Kenya

 

Jennifer Masawa is a social change advocate, women empowerment champion, community educator and grassroot mobilizer from Western Kenya. A graduate of AICAT, she works at Keilot Kenya and runs Blue Firms Social Enterprise that enhances capacity of peasant women farmers in Kinangop, Kenya.
