As Jewish National Fund-USA’s (JNF-USA) flagship study abroad in Israel experience, Muss provides a variety of life-changing programs for Jewish teens, from summers programs to full semesters in Israel that expertly balance a modern high school curriculum and college-prep courses with experiential learning that teaches Jewish history using the land of Israel as a living and breathing classroom.
A graphic designer with over 20 years of experience, Romberg was inspired by the current Muss designs and descriptions. “They told a story of young people from around the world coming together, creating community around their shared heritage and faith,” she said. “The relationships forged during these formative years are strong as is the impact of academic excellence. This school allows students to discover the many dimensions of what it is to be Jewish.”
In honor of its 50th anniversary, Muss is also launching a fundraising campaign for a $10 million endowment fund, safeguarding the institutional belief that the life-changing experience of studying in Israel should be available to beyond those who can afford full tuition. The endowment fund will ensure that more Jewish teens can experience life-changing experiences in Israel for years to come.
