Bio

Dr. Toby Mower (Denver, Co.) is a member of Jewish National Fund’s Mountain States Board, a charter member of Women for Israel, and JNF’s National Water Task Force. She is a World Chairman's Council and King Solomon Society member and the first woman to be honored by WFI in Denver. Toby was the visionary founder of JLIM and benefactor of JNFuture ("her baby"). She founded the only Jewish Women's sober living facility in Baltimore and sits on the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, from which she received an honorary doctorate in Humane Letters, and started the first-ever addiction counselor training in Israel. Toby is a Guardian of The Technion, a past executive member of the Associated Federation of Baltimore, a past Vice President of Baltimore Hadassah and a recipient of their "Women of Distinction" award, and a Life Member of Hadassah.  She is a life member and consultant to Starting Hearts in Vail, Co.
