Bio

Saul Burian (New York, NY) is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group and is also the Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate Strategic Advisory Group. He specializes in advising public and private companies and creditor groups in complex real estate and other transactions. Saul also specializes in raising capital for troubled businesses and often represents debtor and creditor constituencies in workouts and bankruptcy proceedings. He is especially proud of his work crafting creative solutions and forging the consensus necessary to effectuate complex solutions without court proceedings. A member of the President’s Society, he is on the Board of Yeshiva University’s Yeshiva College, a Board Member of Manhattan’s Congregation Kehillat Jeshurun, a former Board member of S/A/R Academy, and former Chair of the Tov B’Yachad Division of UJA-Federation of NY. Saul is married to Jennifer Gross; they have five children.
