Bio

Maj. Gen. Uzi Dayan is the founder of Israel’s Sderot Conference on Socio-Economic Issues. He currently serves as JNF’s National Chairman of “Green Horizons,” a prominent Israeli youth organization and a JNF partner.  Prior, Uzi Dayan over the course of three decades, served the IDF in combat and as a commander for various operations. Maj. Gen. Dayan also served as Deputy Chief of the General Staff followed by Chairman of Israel’s National Security Council and National Security Advisor to Prime Ministers Barak and Sharon.
