Bio

Samantha Levy works in the Central Arava Regional Council’s Resource Development Department, where she oversees the promotion of all development projects in the Arava and coordinates connections to Jewish Diaspora communities. She hails from Bogota, Columbia, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew. She received her BA and MBA from the London School of Business and Finance. She has been a resident of Moshav Idan for the past eight years. Her husband, Idan, is a second-generation farmer from the Arava, and they are both committed to raising their two children as third-generation Negev pioneers.
