Bio

Ron Bernstein is the founder of Kibbutz Yahel in the Negev and an agricultural expert who served as manager of the Agricultural Experimental Station at Kibbutz Yotvata, Yahel's vegetable and citrus operation. He was also a liaison for the National Federation of Temple Youth in North America, where he assisted in recruiting teens for summer Israel tours. Mr. Bernstein works as a full time shaliach for JNF in Houston, raising money and awareness about the important work JNF does across Israel and in communities like Kibbutz Yahel.
