Bio
Howard Rosenman is a renowned producer and motion picture executive best known for Father of The Bride, Family Man and Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and Common Threads: Stories from the Quilt, the AIDS Memorial Quilt, which earned him a Peabody Award and an Oscar for Best Documentary Feature. He also told the heart-wrenching story of the sexual assault of Miss Israel, Linor Abargil, in his documentary Brave Ms. World. A passionate humanitarian, Mr. Rosenman co-founded Project Angel Food in LA, one of the largest charities in Southern California, an organization that provides meals-on-wheels for AIDS/HIV patients and recently served their 11 millionth meal. He is a Contributing Editor to the Los Angeles Times Magazine, is regularly featured in publications from The Huffington Post to The Jewish Press, and has served as a speaker at Jewish National Fund events. The son of seventh-generation Israelis from Jerusalem, Mr. Rosenman served in the IDF as a medic in the Six-Day War.
