Join Jewish National Fund-USA's Volunteer Mission in Israel and bring your congregation to make a meaningful impact together. Your congregation will have the opportunity to help communities across Israel through hands-on projects like rebuilding homes, planting trees, and enhancing infrastructure. This mission will allow you and your congregation to connect with the land of Israel while forging lasting bonds within your community. Not only will you create memories that will last a lifetime, but you'll also deepen your connection to Israel and contribute to the land and the people.
Participants traveling with their congregation on Jewish National Fund-USA’s Volunteer Mission are eligible to receive a $500 subsidy per participant to visit Israel.
Volunteering Highlights:
- Most cost-effective way to travel to Israel with your congregation.
- Join one of our Volunteer Missions with your community with a big or small group. Only 5 people minimum required to qualify for the subsidy. If the congregation has 10 participants or more coming on a mission, the Rabbi is qualified for free land cost.
- JNF-USA will take care of everything for your group from the moment you land to the moment you depart.
- Rebuild Israel's southern and now northern communities affected by October 7, by planting, cleaning, painting, repairing, and more.
- Cook & pack meals for IDF soldiers with fellow volunteers.
- Work together on farms, picking vegetables and other crops to help prevent a massive shortage in the Israeli market and ensure that no farmer is left alone.
- Meet with Israelis, soldiers, survivors, and influential figures to hear firsthand about the ongoing situation and personal experiences.
- Optional extension in Jerusalem/ Tel Aviv, customized to your liking, to spend more time in Israel with your community.
What's Included:

Payment for this trip is not tax deductible
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Applicants must be able to perform 4-6 hours of physical work a day
- Mandatory zoom orientation pre-trip
Pre/Post Mission Extensions are available at registration.
*A $500 non-refundable deposit per person is mandatory to secure your registrant
