    Lotem proves that nature is for everyone. This inspiring organization creates accessible outdoor adventures—hikes, heritage sites, and field trips—so people of all abilities can enjoy Israel’s landscapes. Today, LOTEM offers specialized programs for evacuees and victims of terrorism, as well as nature retreat programs tailored to wounded soldiers experiencing PTSD.
    ➤ WORKSHOP AT KIBBUTZ HANITA WITH TAMARA, FOUNDER AND OWNER OF TAMAR HERBS
    With 25 years of experience in natural pharmacy, Tamara brings deep knowledge to her herbal practice. In her studio overlooking the Galilee, she hosts immersive, hands-on workshops centered on natural remedies.
