LOS ANGELES, Calif., October 14, 2021 — Jewish National Fund-USA’s (JNF-USA) 31st Annual LA Golf Classic, presented by Advanced Nutrients, saw a record number of golfers hit the green on October 4, 2021, in support of the land and people of Israel.

The sold-out event took place at the prestigious Riviera Country Club, which is renowned for its magnificent golf course and world-class service. The Riviera Country Club has been the official site of JNF-USA’s annual LA golf tournament for six consecutive years, has accommodated some of the world’s greatest golfers, hosted revered national tournaments such as the U.S. Open, PGA Championship, and U.S. Senior Open, and will be the home of the 2028 Olympic Games for golf.

In addition, for the first time in its 30-year history, the tournament was hosted in memory of an individual. The late David Frank, who was fondly referred to as “Mr. JNF-USA in Los Angeles,” was a member of the JNF-USA National Board of Directors and JNF-USA’s Los Angeles Board of Directors for 35 years. He was an active and engaged member of the Los Angeles Jewish community and was integral to the success of the LA Golf Classic and other JNF-USA initiatives in years past.

Proceeds from the event will go toward JNF-USA’s One Billion Dollar Roadmap for the Next Decade, which has raised more than $820 million over the last seven years in support of critical environmental and nation-building activities in Israel’s north and south.
