Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their travel to and from the conference in Dallas. A warm welcome awaits your teen at the airport on Thursday November 14, 2024, between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST, where our staff will be present to greet your teen upon arrival and aid in coordinating Uber/Lyft transportation to the hotel.

While the celebratory opening of the JNF-USA Global Conference for Israel is Thursday evening, we realize that it is difficult for students to miss two days of school. Please know that Friday arrivals will be unstaffed at the airport. We are excited to welcome students on Thursday who wish to participate in the opening event.

Teens attending JNF-USA High School Summit 2024 will be staying at a Dallas hotel, to be confirmed upon registration. All food served and provided throughout the conference will be kosher certified.
Teens can request a roommate once the forms are available in the registration portal. Requests will be granted if they are mutual; co-ed rooming is not allowed. While we do not allow room changes, any serious rooming issues should be brought to a JNF-USA staff member’s attention.
We will do our very best to accommodate food allergies, within the abilities of the catering services. It is imperative that we are informed of allergies before the start of the High School Summit, as the hotel will not be able to accommodate special orders during the conference. Please make sure to note allergies on the forms in the registration portal when the opportunity becomes available. We recommend that teens with special food requirements bring snacks, such as protein bars.
JNF-USA staff will be on hand to help guide the teens to their appropriate programs and activities. Students will not be allowed to leave the conference venues unless accompanied by a JNF-USA staff professional or identified chaperone. Teens and parents are expected to read, sign, and abide by a code of conduct form which will be provided prior to the Summit. Violation of the code of conduct may result in dismissal from the Summit.
We are aware that Summit participants will have varying traditions and practices and will come from many different backgrounds and perspectives. We expect participants to respect each other’s level of observance. We will have Shabbat dinner on Friday night, Oneg Shabbat, optional levels of services, and Havdalah on Saturday night. All Saturday programming will be Shabbat-friendly.
Teens will be responsible for their own medication. Please bring over-the-counter medicines such as Tylenol or Advil if you feel you might need them. A JNF-USA staff member will be available to help if a teen gets sick and will accompany the teen to an urgent care clinic or pharmacy if needed. Parents will be notified immediately if a teen has health concerns.
As part of Jewish National Fund-USA’s Global Conference for Israel, our High School Summit is a professional gathering. We expect teens to be dressed in business casual attire for most of the programming and casual attire for the social events. More information will be available once the final program is published.
