Daniella Gilboa

As artificial intelligence continues to increase in popularity, everyone is figuring out how to use AI to improve lives. And Israel is no exception. For Israeli embryologist Daniella Gilboa, co-founder and CEO of fertility treatment center AIVF, AI has been used to increase the success rate of In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), making it easier for women who want children to conceive. Host Steven Shalowitz sits down with Gilboa to discuss the IVF process, how artificial intelligence improves that process, and why the human element is still necessary.

Daniella Gilboa is the co-founder and CEO of AIVF, an Israeli, AI-powered fertility treatment center created to develop advanced technology and help remove the barriers to successful IVF – financial, accessibility, and uncertainty. Today, AIVF’s suite of solutions is harnessing data and AI to empower clinicians, embryologists, and patients with knowledge and transparency on their journey to family. An accomplished clinical embryologist, biostatistician, and IVF researcher, Gilboa has helped hundreds of individuals conceive. She continues to advance scientific discovery through contributions to fertility conferences and academic journals and is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
