CELEBRATE YOUR LOCAL HEROES WITH A COMMUNITY EVENT
Join us in showcasing your community’s steadfast commitment to the shared values that unite Israel and the U.S., standing up for our heroes and combating terrorism. Jewish National Fund-USA will help you create a meaningful ceremony to honor the local heroes who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe. This event will pay tribute to both the victims and heroes of 9/11, acknowledging the bravery of our local first responders and the enduring courage that defines our communities.
This ceremony is a moment for our community to come together to reflect on the sacrifices made, express our deepest gratitude for those who selflessly run towards danger, and reaffirm the shared values of resilience and hope that bind us together – values that resonate deeply with the Israeli spirit.
EACH COMMUNITY EVENT WILL INCLUDE
• A Customized Program: A unique program guide will be provided, including a script, video links, and suggested engagement activities to help your community recognize a local first responder or security guard.
• Presentation of Plaques: A special e-certificate (which can be printed and framed) will be provided for you to present to your local heroes as a token of your gratitude.
• Optional Speaker: You can request a JNF-USA speaker to attend your community or school ceremony and help lead your program (based on availability).
