Help Commemorate 9/11 With a Community Event
In the spirit of Jewish National Fund-USA's (JNF-USA's) unwavering commitment to supporting Israel and fostering strong Israel education and advocacy here in the U.S., help your community to create a poignant ceremony honoring the heroes in our communities that help to keep us safe. We'll acknowledge and honor both the victims and heroes of 9/11, recognizing the courage displayed by our local first responders.
This ceremony is a moment for our community to come together to reflect on the sacrifices made, express our deepest gratitude for those who selflessly run towards danger, and reaffirm the shared values of resilience and hope that bind us together – values that resonate deeply with the Israeli spirit.
Each 9/11 Community Event Will Include
- A Tribute to 9/11 Victims and Heroes: A heartfelt commemoration of those we lost and those who showed unparalleled courage.
- Recognition of Local First Responders: Honoring the selfless service of our local heroes who continue to protect and serve our community with dedication and bravery.
- Presentation of Plaques: Special plaques depicting the 9/11 Living Memorial in Jerusalem will be presented to our first responders as a token of our gratitude.
