February is Jewish Disabilities Awareness, Acceptance and Inclusion Month. Join educators nationwide to learn about the valuable resources that JNF offers to enhance your effectiveness as an educator. You’ll have the opportunity to virtually meet your peers and JNF professionals, and hear from Director of JNF Task Force for Special Needs Yossi Kahana and Israel Emissary Oren Hefetz on what JNF is doing to invest in people with disabilities and why this work and its impact is so important. We will also provide you with materials to use in your classrooms year-round, and help you adapt your lesson plans to be accessible for those with special needs.
Participants will open their own E-Z Tree™ Account including two trees to plant in Israel and will receive two hours of Professional Development.
