Chuck Fax is the co-lead counsel of the litigation team handling the long-running battle for justice for Hungarian victims of the Holocaust in Simon v. Republic of Hungary. He will discuss the case’s journey to the US Supreme Court, the recent decision by the High Court, the future of the litigation, the key procedural and substantive issues presented and the implications of the case for similar on-going reparation litigation.

 

Mr. Fax is a leading civil litigator, author and adjunct professor of law. He is a JNF vice-president, long-time major donor, speaker and has held numerous leadership posts for the organization.
