From the rolling green hills of the Galilee to the desert plateaus of the Negev, Jewish National Fund-USA continues to turn its bold vision into reality. March 2025 marked a month of significant progress and community empowerment.
At our Galilee Culinary Institute, dormitories are complete, exterior lighting now brightens the campus, and three vibrant gardens are in development, including a sprawling 14-dunam design by a leading Israeli innovation college (also supported by us). The campus is blossoming—literally and figuratively—into a beacon for Israel’s culinary and cultural future.
In Israel’s southern communities, Jewish National Fund-USA’s philanthropic investments are reshaping infrastructure and livelihoods. Construction is well underway on our Warriors/Heroes Trail in the breathtaking southern Israeli desert – in an area known as Ramat HaNegev, while our Mitzpe Ramon Conference Center nears its next phase—envisioned as Israel’s “Space Campus” for innovation and tourism.
In Israel’s far north, an Emergency Response Center made possible through the generosity of Pastor Jentezen Franklin and his Free Chapel congregation, is set to be operational within six months, ensuring security in this vital northern border city. Simultaneously, The Robert and Gale C. Kares Medical Center is 45% complete.
Programs offered by our outdoor education providers continue to inspire the next generation, with 310 Israeli students involved in agricultural stewardship programs and 17 career-building events across Israel—including resume workshops and exclusive corporate sessions.
In response to post-war needs, our community of Jewish National Fund-USA-supported educators in Israel have embedded in hard-hit communities, offering therapy, education, and hope. Meanwhile, resilience initiatives like those offered by our heritage sites help children and families heal.
At Ammunition Hill – the site of a historic battle that paved the way for the reunification of Jerusalem, Jewish National Fund-USA’s Wall of Honor now has 636 plaques, with a new interactive website launching this April. Over 8,000 visitors came in March alone, including soldiers, families, and students.
Whether planting gardens, rebuilding safe rooms, or preparing high school students to lead, Jewish National Fund-USA’s impact is felt in every corner of Israeli society. These accomplishments are more than numbers—they're the living expression of our shared commitment to a vibrant, secure, and inspiring future for the land and people of Israel.
