FISHER ISLAND, Fla., October 28, 2026 — Prominent South Florida real estate leaders David-Emmanuel Cohen, CEO of The Mansions on Fisher Island, and Sacha Touret, CEO of 75Invest Group, headlined Jewish National Fund-USA's Real Estate Division Kickoff Reception on October 6, 2026. Held at the Vanderbilt Mansion Ballroom on Fisher Island, the event brought together real estate professionals for an exclusive evening of networking, philanthropy, and solidarity with the people of Israel.

The evening featured a fireside chat with Cohen and Touret, moderated by Matthew Krinzman of ONE Sotheby's International Realty. The discussion explored South Florida's booming luxury real estate market, emerging development opportunities, the migration of global wealth to Miami, and the speakers' personal connections to Israel.

Additionally, as the event coincided with the third anniversary of the October 7 terrorist attacks, attendees were encouraged to turn their solidarity with the people of Israel into meaningful action by supporting Jewish National Fund-USA's ongoing efforts to rebuild and strengthen communities in Israel’s North and South. Jewish National Fund-USA is committed to making Israel’s frontier regions places where families can build full, vibrant lives with access to medical care, emergency response, water solutions, parks, playgrounds, jobs, and economic opportunity. And, through initiatives such as the organization's Housing Development Fund, Jewish National Fund-USA is helping families put down roots, build permanent homes, and create vibrant communities for generations to come.

“Luxury creates value. Philanthropy creates legacy,” said Krinzman. “The people of Israel are not waiting to rebuild. Communities are moving forward right now. Our responsibility is to make sure they have the resources to do it.”

The evening concluded with a moving personal account from Yossi Piekarski, a former lone soldier and paratrooper who immigrated to Israel from the U.S. with support from Nefesh B'Nefesh, a Jewish National Fund-USA partner, that helped him navigate his move, integrate into Israeli society, and fulfill his dream of serving in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

“Israel's strength is its people,” Piekarski shared. “It is in the families who stay and rebuild. It is in the communities that come together in the face of uncertainty. And it is in organizations like Jewish National Fund-USA that invest not only in infrastructure, but in the people who give those communities life.”

Jewish National Fund-USA's Real Estate Division brings together industry professionals who share a passion for philanthropy, meaningful connections, and securing Israel's future. About Jewish National Fund-USA

For 125 years, Jewish National Fund-USA has helped strengthen the land and people of Israel by investing in the communities, infrastructure, and leadership that shape the country’s future. Our work is focused on making Israel’s North and South places where families can build full, vibrant lives with access to medical care, emergency response, water solutions, parks, playgrounds, jobs, and economic opportunity. Working with our donors and partners, we support underpopulated communities, help attract new residents, improve quality of life, and create the conditions for long-term growth. Our work reaches beyond projects on the ground. Through education, travel, and leadership opportunities, we connect Americans of all ages to Israel in meaningful and lasting ways. That vision continues with the World Zionist Village in Be’er Sheva, a global center that will bring people together to live, learn, lead, and strengthen the next generation of Zionist leadership. From urgent relief to long-term transformation, Jewish National Fund-USA is helping build a stronger future for Israel and creating lasting legacies for generations to come. Learn more at jnf.org.
