Nir Alon is Co-founder and Chief Finance Officer of Civil Squads of Israel, a volunteer organization that provides Israel’s southern communities with tactical equipment to defend themselves as they return to rebuild their lives and land following the deadly October 7, 2023, terrorist attacks. Alon survived the massacre by hiding in a safe room on his home Kibbutz and today, leverages his broad business acumen to ensure Civil Squads of Israel can meet the needs of the communities they serve.
